With Lifeline, help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the press of a button. Whether you need an ambulance or simply the assistance of a responder, appropriate help will be sent to you.

As an optional safety feature, if you do not reset your Lifeline unit within a 24 hour period the unit automatically calls the call center, at which time the operator calls to see if everything is okay. If there is no answer, the operator will call a responder to check on you. This optional feature is most beneficial for subscribers that do not see someone everyday.
