SAD#1 LEARN TO SKI@ QUOGGY JO

TUBING @ BIGROCK
Tubing has returned this year to Bigrock! It is fun and family friendly. Cost: $10 for a morning or afternoon; tubes provided.

TAMC FREE SKATE SUNDAYS
TAMC is again sponsoring two Free Skate Sundays this year at the Forum tentatively scheduled for Jan. 29 & Feb. 26, 1-3p. A total of 200 skaters will be let in at a time. This number does not include spectators, so family members are welcome to come watch their skaters. As skaters leave, more will be allowed in. Free skate rentals provided as long as supplies last.

TAMC FREE SNOWSHOE HIKES
TAMC’s Total Health Team is hosting three Snowshoe Hikes this year that are free and open to the community. They are planned for Feb. 4 at Aroostook State Park, Feb. 11 at the Fuller residence in Easton and Feb. 18 behind Aroostook Health Center in Mars Hill. All start at 9:30a and last about an hour; limited number of snowshoes are available to borrow at no charge. Preregistration is required. FMI: contact Linda Menard, 768-4172 or lmenard@tamc.org.

FAMILY FUN DAY AT AROOSTOOK STATE PARK
