Hospitalization and illness can be very stressful and disruptive for the patient, visitors and family members. There are occasions when you may need someone other than your hospital caregivers to speak for you.

Our patient services advocate ensures that patient and family issues and concerns are heard and addressed appropriately and immediately by investigating  and following up with hospital staff to facilitate the resolution of issues and concerns for the purpose of maximizing patient satisfaction.
